The Kilkivan Horse Ride & Country Weekend Escape 2025 event welcomes expressions of interest from businesses and hobbyists that would like to have a stall at the main event site.

Your product or service offered should have an equine or ‘country’ theme to ensure it attracts the type of customers that will come to the event.

What Insurance do I need?

Stall holders must have and supply a copy of their own current public liability insurance; additionally, a food business license and product liability insurance must be held if relevant to the stall being involved.

A copy of each document must be submitted to the committee via email prior to Friday 21st March 2025.  

Site allocations will not be made until copies of all insurance documents have been received and payment has been made in full.    

 Stall site allocation will be available from 8am onwards on Thursday 10th April 2025 at the event information desk.  

The committee will, if in the position to, provide allocations at an earlier time however they will remain subject to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 

The size of the site is 3m x 3m (9m2). You will need to book multiple sites if you need a bigger area.

The stall holder occupies and utilises the site at their own risk releasing the KGHR committee and the association from any liability, from damage to the display, stall or any other property of the description or for loss of income due to event cancellation or eviction due to any violations such as safety regulations.  

The stall holder will agree to indemnify the KGHR committee against all liability claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, law suits, proceedings and actions of any kind.    

The KGHR committee reserves the right to refuse any stall booking.

It also has the right to remove from sale on the day any or all items that were not disclosed in the application.

No refunds of stall booking fees will be made within 2 weeks of event date unless the event is cancelled by the KGHR committee due to extreme circumstances.   

Pricing is for a 3m x 3m site for the 3 days (Friday through to Sunday).

Powered Site $100

Camping 

Adults $30 per person for the weekend.

Children 12 yo and under FREE

To book at stall at the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride event in 2025 you will need to complete an expression of interest form.

This form will need to be downloaded and printed by you and emailed back to the committee.

When the form has been considered by the event committee, it will email you a site booking form.
