It is truly unfortunate that world events have led to an issue with the supply and price of fuel at this time.

We understand that some people may have to cancel or alter their plans to attend our event.

Our refund policy, which is included in the terms and conditions of the ticket booking on Trybooking is:

If you cancel on or before the 28 March, we will refund 50% of your ticket price.

There will be no refunds after the 28 March.

CHANGES TO PROGRAM OR ATTENDANCE BY VENDORS

It is possible that some of our vendors, suppliers and people booked to perform may also have their travel plans affected, so we ask you to be understanding if the program changes from what has been advertised.
